  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGE.

  • If you are allergic to any hair extensions and/or lashes, DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE.
  • Payment methods I accept are: PayPal, Vemo, any credit and debit card, Apple pay, Google pay, cash app, and you can also do buy now and pay later as well.
  • Your order will be processed between 3 to 5 business days and shipped between 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If the week is the holiday week, there will be a delay on your package due to the post office closed on holidays.
  • You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. So please keep track of your package so you will know the estimated time your package will be delivered.
  • I am not responsible for any late arrivals once it is received by USPS. Please contact your local USPS for any issues with the shipment.
  • I am not responsible for any lost, or damaged package. Therefore, there will be no refunds due to lost, or damaged package. If you have any issues regarding your package shipment, please contact your local United States Postal Service. Your order will be properly packaged with care.
  • Any orders $100.00 or more, signature is required at the time of the delivery. This process will let me know for sure that you received your package.
  • For every order, billing and shipping address must be the same.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Otherwise, your order will get lost.
  • Unfortunately, I do not shipped outside of the United States at the moment.
